Jeffrey (Jeff) Oates
I retired from the State Public Service in 2005 after a 38 year managerial/administrative career, twenty of those years were spent in country Western Australia in hospital management.
I have strong family values and I believe that "family" is the foundation of community. I also believe that marriage is the cornerstone to a happy and fulfilling life for couples.
I completed my marriage celebrant training in 2004.
I am a registered civil marriage
celebrant under section 39D of the
Marriage Act 1961. My registration number is A3799.
I am a member of Marriage Celebrants Australia (Inc) Established in WA.
As your celebrant I will:
Work with you to plan your wedding ceremony and provide advice and assistance to help make your wedding day a very special occasion for you.
Prepare and lodge all the necessary legal documentation.
Make available for use on the wedding day a portable PA system and a table with chairs for the certificate signing.
Collaborate with your photographer so that the photographic record of your wedding meets your expectations.
